SC Biz News announces 2024 Best Places to Work honorees

We’re thrilled to announce that Low Country Case and Millwork (LCCM) has been named one of South Carolina's 2024 Best Places to Work by SC Biz News, in partnership with the Best Companies Group!
This prestigious honor is given to companies that go above and beyond to create a positive and engaging workplace. The selection process, led by Best Companies Group, involves a comprehensive evaluation that starts with an employee survey. To qualify, companies must meet or exceed the minimum response rate required on the survey, ensuring a robust sample of employee feedback. The overall score, which determines the honorees, is based on a combination of employee feedback (worth 75%) and an Employer Questionnaire (worth 25%).
To make the list, companies must achieve at least an 80% positive response from their employees across eight key focus areas:
